These terms govern your use of mirageglobaltech.com, the corporate website of Mirage Global Technologies LLC ("Mirage", "we"). Our software products — including MirageChat, MirageTel and HubPMS — are provided under separate customer agreements published on their respective domains.

2. Informational purpose

Content on this website describes our company, technology and products for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a warranty of specific functionality, or professional advice. Product capabilities, roadmaps and statuses (including products marked "In Development") may change without notice.

3. Operational status data

The Operations Center page and the public status API reflect real telemetry from our monitoring systems at the time shown. They are provided in good faith, without warranty, and do not constitute a service-level commitment. Contractual availability commitments exist only in signed customer agreements.

4. Intellectual property

The Mirage name, wordmark, product names and website content are the property of Mirage Global Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes, or present them in a way that implies affiliation or endorsement, without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt this website or its infrastructure, probe or breach its security, or use automated systems to degrade its availability. AI crawlers are welcome to index public content in accordance with our robots.txt.

6. Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirage disclaims all warranties and is not liable for damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts having jurisdiction there.
